Nature of Services
Our services are digital, customized, and time-based in nature. Once resources are allocated and work begins, it cannot be reversed. Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Full or partial refunds may be considered only if the project has not yet started
- If we are unable to initiate or deliver the agreed service, a fair refund may be issued
- Delays solely caused by our team may be reviewed for partial refunds
Non-Refundable Cases
- Once project work has started
- After any deliverables (content, strategy, influencer lists, etc.) have been shared
- If delays occur due to lack of response, feedback, or approvals from the client
- Change of mind after confirming the project
Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation by notifying us in writing.
- Before work starts: Eligible for full or partial refund
- After work starts: No refund; however, completed work may be shared
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
